Chase tracking should be inspected for irregularities

Chase vehicle tracking should be inspected for ripping of client. They inserted a tracking device on my vehicle and from January this year is wasn't working. Only until i phoned and asked for it to be checked, they mentioned that the tracking unit is inactive. They still continuing to charge me per month and the customer service agents tell me i must wait for chase to call me. Im getting charged monthly but getting no tracking!! Pathetic service, pathetic company. All clients should cancel there services, trust me its no loss! Biggest mistake!
