Chase Tracking on my credit record for a tracker that was never installed on my car.

Thus far chase tracking is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Since last year chase tracking has been illigally billing from my bank account for a tracker that I do not want and I do not have installed in my car and it was never installed in the first place.

I never gave you people any authority to debit from my account and yet you are.

I have sent a lot of emails to them to refund me, after some time they did refund me.

HOWEVER NOW THEY ARE ADDED ON MY CREDIT RECORD AND THIS IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE BECAUSE IT APPEARS AS IF I AM OWING THEM MONEY.
