Chase Tracking' Incompetence Knows No Bounds

I contacted this company at the time and was informed by there answering system that they were all on training. had to wait until Monday to get there response team on line and the car was never recovered.<br> <br> Obviously I cancelled the future debit orders as there *********** service was no longer needed. They did not assist in the first place. A year later they still want to be paid up until today for a car that is long gone.<br> <br> I will pay if they recover my car.<br> <br> A Lady from chase then contacted me to fix the outstanding amounts which I do not owe them. All sorted she said system on there side fixed. Now Lawyers Strauss Daly Attorneys are trying to get money which is not owed.<br> <br> Please tell me that these Lawyers are not as *********** as the company that they are representing, These Lawyers contacted me. I told them the details. Again the Gentlemen said they would investigate and reply, no feedback. Now they send me a message with banking details - no amount owing only the banking details and the reference number.<br> <br> Wow - Get a Director or owner to contact me and sort out this mess.
