Chase tracking, Con artist

Nothing but con artists who are taking advantage of consumers, i signed with them, got their device installed in my car which was explained to me by the consultant that i would only pay only monthly premiums. What is sickening about them is the fact that i called them twice and their system was down and there was no way for me to get help, how do you call yourself a tracking company when your system is soo unstable? And you expect to be paid for it, i could not even get anyone to help when i wanted to cancel the contract, now they have the nerve to say i owe them, i took my business to more reliable company where i m getting the value of my money. Becareful, they will call you promise you all good things which will turn up to be all bunch of lies.
