Chase Tracker misleaded me in my monthly premiums

Chase Tracking phoned me concerning tracker for my vehichle and gave me a quatation of R99 pm but instead they debited double that amount wich is R99 and then couple of smaller amounts wich add up over R200 pm.After complaing and said I want the divice cancelled as the consultant promise me it will only be R99 pm they said they will log a complain and have the money refunded to me up to date I have not heard from them but received a letter stating they have handed me over to lawayer I am not sattisfied with the service as they did not kept to their promise.I even explained to the consultant I am unemployed and can only afford the R99 pm whereby she promised me it will not be more that R99.
