Chase Tracker Has messed up my credit score.
Chase Tracker has messed up my credit score. I have paid up and terminated my account (I have even received a paid-up letter from them ) but on I.T.C they updated that my Dept is written off due to non-payment. The dept amount is still reflecting on I.T.C even after closing and terminating the account. I have been asking them to do an I.T.C update but it seems like they are taking their time.

I just get emails saying ill be updated as soon as its done but nothing is happening.Other companies take less than 3 days to do an I.T.C update but it seems like your company takes more than a month to just do an update.
This is a huge inconvenience on my side.
