If you think Chase is tracking your vehicle with their devises, think again. I recently asked them to test the device installed in my car and they took me from pillar to post. Do not wait to find out the hard way. Switch to a different provider. A certain Matthew Chellan was handling my case, needless to say he was useless and ****y. Consumer beware.
