Beware of Chase Tracking

I go a call from Chase Tracking in December 2014 selling a tracker device which was never ever fitted. I am one those ones that very seldom check my bank statement. Just one month in 2016 I check my statement and came across an amount of 108.00 being deducted from my account . I called Chase Tracking wanting to know why they deducting from my account the lady said to that we had a contract with them I said to her that contract is only completed if they get notification from their installer. I stop payment 2months before the contact was over. I was paying for something that I did not have. I found out now recently that they have listed me on ITC.
