Bad Service

What a poor and unprofessional service I got from this mickey mouse tracking service provider. All that they know best is to debit one's account but when you request for the location of your vehicle you will be told either that the system is offline and someone will get back to you but nobody ever calls back.

This company really needs to catch a wake up call. We want value for money and not some pathetic service Chase offers at the moment.
