Asked to pay a car I don’t have

I signed up for chase tracking mobile a year ago. They never tracked my car and the device never worked but nevertheless I continued paying. I unfortunately lost my vehicle during the Covid 19 and reached out to them to cancel my debit order but they kept on debiting my account with R139. They told me that I can’t cancel before 3 years unless I pay R800, which I thought was very unreasonable. I didn’t plan to lose my car and I ding it ridiculous to keep paying for a service I don’t have-I don’t have the car anymore! Chase, stop robbing me
