Agent argues with me about the CPA

So this morning I receive a call from a withheld number.
Upon answering it, I get greeted by someone who sounds half drunk. He says he is calling from Chase Tracking. I immediately interrupt him stating that I am not interested and they need to remove me from the database they're using as I never gave them permission to call me.
He then goes on to argue with me about the Consumer Protection Act, and saying do I think I live in USA.
So I explain to him how it is within my rights to request the removal of my information. When I then asked for the name and address of the call center, he didn't want to give it to me. So all I had left in me is to get rude and swear at him, as nothing else was getting through to him.

I'm sorry, but why do I have to be respectful if someone doesn't listen and follow my lawful request?

This is really pathetic and I will make sure to spread this to as many people as I know. How do you make use of a call center, that doesn't even know what the Consumer Protection Act is???
I have opted out of receiving any direct marketing communication. Why your call center doesn't understand this, is beyond me.
