A month later no refund

I posted the following complaint on the on the Tue 2 Jun 2015 at 08:05.<br> i have signed up with chase tracking and supp**** my car with a tracking device. They contacted me with the added benefit services which i accepted. I received more than 10 deductions from my account every month.<br> I contacted the company to get some clarity regarding the matter.<br> They rep**** with :<br> service 1 49p/m x 3<br> service 2 49p/m x 3 <br> service 3 49p/m x 2 <br> service 4 49p/m x 2 <br> <br> This happens every month.The amount should be around R260 but exceeds R500.<br> <br> I was contacted and told that there was a problem with the system and I will be refunded R767 which was processed on the 5th June 2015.<br> A month and empty promises later I am still waiting for my money.<br> I was told that i will receive a proof of payment 2 days ago...<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
