Makeover Fail

Chase Hairdressing ran a competition on Facebook to win a R1500 makeover voucher. Myself and one other woman were sharing their page and when it came time to announce the winner she won instead of me. She had shared the page only 17 times and I had shared it 39 times. Upon airing my grievances, they chose to ignore my posts on Facebook and award her the prize anyway. I am now also blocked from commenting or posting on their Facebook page. They have also deleted all of my posts about the competition. I thought that when they initially deleted the post announcing who won and me asking for a recount that the issue would be resolved but I was sadly mistaken. Clearly they thought that ignoring me would just make me go away. I haven't had bad service from them before but this is just very disappointing. Nothing worse than receiving bad PR service to put you off a company.
