Don't use them for Renting Chase Everitt AT ALL!!!!!!!!

Keep away from Chase Everitt; they are unprofessional and rude! If you rent a property from them, you have no leg to stand on when it comes to maintenance needs. The place can fall apart, and as long as your life is not in danger, they don't have to do anything.

You can log as many maintenance requests as you like; it will still be ignored. As soon as you give notice, they are suddenly on your case, wanting to add penalties and withhold your deposit. Even after you spend money to fix up the place and ensure it's in better condition than when you received it, they will do an inspection and find nothing wrong, yet you still have to fight to get your deposit. Then you need to call them and argue just to find out they are still looking for reasons to keep your deposit.

If Lisa Bowles calls you as an agent, stay away. She is rude and extremely unprofessional.

I would be very careful in dealing with Chase Everitt.
