Poor service

Their lease agreement is laughable,to sum it up. They also increased the rent price without notifying us in advance when they handed it to us to sign with a lousy "sorry for the inconvenience" . We obviously refused to sign the lease agreement as it had other red flags. We responded promptly that we wouldn't be occupying the rental property anymore and kindly asked for our deposit back and they charged us a cancellation fee as per the lease agreement,A lease agreement THAT WE DID NOT EVEN SIGN!!
