Poor Client Service

Bad experience form working with Chas Everett, no communication, they send statements that are not a true reflection, and there is no accountability. I have a tenant I have assigned to them since last year , only got 1 payment , when u ask where is the money they are reflecting on the statement, ur send from one person to the next.
