If I could give a ZERO I would. Be careful when you rent through them, they will find ANY reason to "*****" your deposit. Even if you complain at their Head Office, it gets ignored. I am busy with rental tribunal and will NEVER buy or rent anything with Chas Everitt. Never ever seen an agency that is so SLY.
