Bad service from Chas Everitt North Coast
I rented a house in Umtentweni through Chas Everitt. I moved out on the 1st of October but I am still waiting for the last portion of my deposit to be paid back to me. I have been following up via e-mail but I have been getting no response from Chas Everitt during the last 2 weeks.

09 Dec 2025, 14:32And to date I am still waiting for the remainder of my deposit. Leanne, the office administrator, incorrectly paid my deposit over to the landlord. I notified her many times on how the Eskom account should be calculated but she ignored me. Now it is my problem to get the money out of the owner.
