Worst service I have ever had in my whole entire life!!!

To say their service Is appalling is an understatement. I rented with Chas Everitt stellenbosch, we moved into a house which had left over food and expired food on the cupboards (the agent said we can have it if we want ☹️) . The shower and sink was blocked and upon reporting the issues the agent Desiré van Der Linde managing the property said we should buy a plunger and unblock it ourselves which became our problem for weeks and months. Upon moving out they literally ****MED us our deposit , fabricating cases to justify "deductions" for cleaning by sneaking in to do inspections on our absence (which Is *******). When following up about this the agent said she was not interested in discussing it. Upon escalating the matter to the manager Nicky we never received any responses despite sending dozens of emails.

This is by far the worst real estate agent, and agency. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I still cannot believe such a big organization can offer such an appalling service. Disappointed!!
