Worst service

Worst Service from Chas Everitt Rustenburg branch. Had to fight to get the basic repairs done after we moved in, house was not even cleaned before we moved. Been waiting a year to have a prepaid meter installed which should have been there before I moved in. After countless emails, phone calls and whatsapps all feedback I get is we are busy with it. Municipality will now be turning off my power. What more can I do? This is a basic service an estate agents needs to offer but they cant seem to get it done. Phoned the principle, head office I cant get any help. Is this the level of service from an international company?????
