Worst Property Managent Company

Never do business renting any kind of property from Chas Everitt Polokwane. These people are completely unprofessional and absolutely *****ed. When I moved in the place was dirty, I had to replace all the lightbulbs, the blinds were broken and most of the fixtures were falling apart such as door handles and taps which we didn't notice when viewing the place. After moving out I had to constantly call for my security deposit which took over 40days to process which came back less than 50% of what I had paid for things that were already broken before moving in. Please if you are reading this do not do business with these people, they will come up with random things for you to pay for. Be warned!
