Unprofessional behavior from the staff
Hello Peter , I have experience very unprofessional behavior from the guy called Emanuel working around Kenilworth , he even went to an extend of insulting me, worst part of it is I'm not even renting from this State Agent.

22 Apr 2021, 15:22We sincerely apologise as the agent's intention was only to gain access to the property for viewings and then to get the CoC done once the property was sold. The agent received an offer very quickly and a bond was granted within a few days. To date the purchaser has not seen the rooms / flatlet.
