UNDUE OCCUPATIONAL RENT

I bought a house with Chas Everit which is at no 5 Parnell road in Estera, on buying the house I told the agent that Privilege that I will only buy the house if the doors are fixed which he came back to me saying the seller promised to fix the doors, in the process I was selling my house with Golden Homes, the house I was selling with golden homes registered on 27/03/2015,i was then to move out of the house at the end of april to my uncles house in vosloorus, because I knew the house I was buying had not yet registered,i then got a call from Jazmann also an agent that the seller at no 5 Parnell just left, I then looked for someone whom I was paying to look after the house, I then discovered that the person was never there even though I was paying him and the house had been broken into a couple of times because the seller when he left he left the keys in the post box I then had no choice to move in because I was scared that if we do not move in a lot was going to be damaged, now I do not undesrstand why Chas Everit wants me to pay occupational rent for the 2 months when all I was doing was to protect my investment because no one else would, and as for the doors I never got them.
