The WORST Rental company by far

Chas Everitt Glenvista has got be one of the worst companies to rent from we were renting a property from them and our lease came up for renewal after negotiating with them and the landlord we received written confirmation in e mail that the least would be renewed with no increase in rental price after signing they then sent us a mail saying the Landlord wanted to enforce a 10% increase which we refused to accept as we had agreed in writing and had signed the new lease now they have told us we need to vacate the property. It seems the agent Charlene negotiated without the landlords permission and so to cover up we have now been forced to vacate. Their service was soo bad that at no stage did they offer us an alternative property or offer to help find us a new property. I would not recommend them as a letting agent. If I had property they would be the last people I would ask to look after it as well
