The agent let me down. I am a first time property buyer. When we went to view the apartment, I asked what are the possible fees I’d have to pay for transfers and all.The guy told me I should save up to 30k of which I did and paid. Suddenly during the process I was then expected to pay 21k again to the bond registration attorneys Shashi Marajh; meaning just for bond registration and transfers I have to pay well over 50k just for a 2 bedroom apartment. Unprepared at that. Would you please really look into and train the people you employ. I’m livid with regards to this matter
