Terrible and Incompitency

I bought a house at Alan Manor Mews, I feel frustrated, fooled, and hurt to say I am very disappointed and let down by the agent who assisted me. Lot Ncube and Robert Ngobeni. It was misrepresantation , I am now handed to Centrec being forced to pay an amount of R4761.81. levies inclusding electricity from July. The house was registered under my name on the 1st August, I moved in on the 25th August. There was no one staying on the place, the month of August. who used the electricity of August? why do I have to pay the Electricity I did not use? and then there comes a levy of 1500, I asked the agent so many times if there was any additional amount I am going to pay, he said no and He said the levy was only 300 per month, Why do people have to lie to make a business,? I am paying 320 rates with city of johannesburg. I asked Taryn van der Bank to explain what does this levy covers, the brake down so that i can understand, but she was very rude, she even refuce to explain to me on the phone. I sent an email to Marriette NGL Attorneys who did the transfer , they are no longer replying to my email or taking my calls, why they did not pick up the amount that the seller has to pay before the transfer was finalised? why is it me who has to pay that? I was very suprised when i moved to the place and the meeting was called by the body cooporate ASTRODON. they mentioned they are in debt, and the levies will be increased, the electricity will be increased and they wont be able to fix the car ports and increase securty and cameras as there is no money,it was shocking to me as I did not sign for this, it was never explained to me when I buy the house, why am i liable ? on the 15 October 2018 at 14h50 my car was stripped as they wanted to still it, the security was asleep, the cameras apparently never works, Informed ASTRODON same day, none of them came back to me to find out how I am, and the damages on my car. I am a single mom, of a 6 year only girl. I am not safe on that place and what hurt more is that I asked the agent Lot, I asked the security and even people that stays there, they all said it was safe, until i discover my car stripped and no one can explain to me what happen. Today I am sitting my electrity switched of by ASTRODON, I am so confused and dont know what to do.
