They (their agents, and I won't mention names) will sell you the world, support up until you move in. On your day of move-in, you will need to run around to get the keys from them. To find the place dirty, and not as agreed upon. Then the struggle starts, 1) to get the ingoing inspection done weeks after you moved in. 2)They would make hundreds of promises on the snag list, only to never fix anything. Their unprofessionalism goes on and on...

Fast track 2 years down the line, you decide to move out in a pandemic whereby you need to survive(they won't help you in this regard, they only in it for the money). Hah, now they will catch you and milk you for every single penny you have. Remember the snag list, now it's your responsibility to fix all their issue at your own cost as per their so-called Rental Maintenance Co-ordinator, oh and you need to bent backward to fit in his schedule and if you don't trust me they will slam you with all kinds of penalties.

Eventually, you move out, the day of move out you need to be out by 12 because their next victims need to move in the same day. Even if you have the whole day, the agent will tell you she got other plans and you need to move out.

Disgusting service from the whole Chase Everitt team, if you thinking of renting or even buying from Chase Everitt just don't, stay away and save yourself money and endless days of issues!
