We moved from western cape to Amanzimtoti a month ago, and the agent katherine assured me that this property is pet friendly and would accomodate a disabled person, we moved in and the original property no 6 elands estate was to steep for a wheelchair, then we find the property does not have curtain rails move to no 2 as its closer to the gate, still no curtain rails nor security and its build right next to a informal settlement, someone came in and threatened with knives, and I asked for security now they are advertising the property without us knowing and for R9500, the owner refuses to listen and are out to profit, I was not given notice , so they wanted another renter first , this is folw play, I will see you all in court it's not so easy to get rid of a person that has motor neuron the court would have a field day

The best is yet to come, agents from hell said it's a security complex but there is break ins, because there is no security and the night security does not have clearance, they climb through our neighbour's window also a disable person, and took her and her daughters phones when I requested security bars, I was slammed with yet another lawyer' letter, the windows can not be opened at all due to break ins but the owner expects you to put security on yourself so that means you cant breath inside the house, how can you rent put your own security on then you cant take it with you when you leave, when I say I dont have contract it is because they never renewed for no 2, so I dont have to adhere to there lies and to enable them to enrich themselfs via disable people, this situation is toxic and someone has to remove this agent she is lazy and very disturbing
