Short Deposit
Good day,
I was renting a property through Chas Everitt in Polokwane and I am struggling to obtain a breakdown of the work that was done. I moved out at the end of January 2019 and received my deposit on the 7th of March (without a report indicating the work that was done and so forth). The deposit amount I paid was ZAR 11 125 and the amount I received was ZAR 8 525 (the rental income for the property was ZAR 8 900). I would really appreciate if you can assist with obtaining the breakdown as I have yet to receive it (only information I received was about the inspection report).
