Sales is the only thing that matters

My partner and I purchased our first property in December 2024. Our agent was Andrew, from the beginning we had a lot of grief. No assistance from Andrew, the oven needed replacing which we were told would be done prior to moving, of we course we had to phone and email constantly, only getting the money for the new oven the following month after moving in.

We also have had no hot water downstairs in the kitchen, and 2 lights are not working. When signing to the offer to purchase, Andrew assured everything would be ready when we moved in. We only received the certificate of compliance after following up with Andrew to get it, and even then no electrician came out to assess the property and see what is working and what isn’t working.

I’ve felt frustrated with Andrew and have not reached out in a while, because he does not help, he is only there to make a sale, and then you’re on your own. Andrew is now claiming that things were always working.

I’m so frustrated, space being a first time home owner, Andrew has truly made this experience a very unpleasant one.
