poor service and unfair to clients.

this company is so unfair in the selling processes of houses. i have been enquiring about the property that was on the market on property24 that is on sale, the state agent by the name of esther pooe gave me so many excuses to buy the property as if she wants to buy the property herself or she is holding it for someone else, she even suggested other properties that i don't want, a month later i still saw the property in the market, i reached out to her and she told me that it was sold, it was just not updated on the profile, i reached out to her company and they gave me contacts to assist but no luck, i even found the principal Mr. Rory's number on their profile and reached out to him, since he said he will give me feedback still nothing, after reaching out to him, the property was removed from property24, a few days later, checking on private property page, the property is there now, it has never been there before but now it is, is the a way to escalate this, anyone please assist.
