Poor communciation from Chas Everitt

We booked at 38 Perissa 2 weeks ago, they were supposed to refund within 7 days, however it is now on day 10 but no refund has been given, it turns out that there was a whiskey glass cracked (we will not touch any of these glasses due to religious reasons and we brought our own glasses) and the leg of one of the beds was broken, i checked before departure and there was nothing broken. This could be the people who were cleaning the apartment that resulted in the leg breaking. If there were issues this should have been communicated to me instead of me having to ask when my refund deposit will be paid!!
