Pathetic service

My daughter and husband moved from Thabazimbi to Jhb. Yolande got them a cottage to rent. After the deposit was paid and my daughter phoned to confirm if this was received, this agent didn't respond to phone calls/messages for 4 days. She phoned them back the Sat afternoon (prior to the Sun they had to move), just to inform them the cottage was not available anymore. She got them another cottage and and said she will let them rent on a month to month basis until she found them something else. Prior to the long weekend in March (24/25 March) the landlord informed my daughter there will be people coming to look at the cottage over the weekend, as they (my daughter) is moving out end of March?? Apparently Yolande told the landlord that my daughter would only stay for March and then move out! After numerous attempts, Yolande can still not be reached and doesn't come back to us to inform us about this \arrangement\". None of the managers is responding to my messages either!"
