No Service what so ever

Refer my previous hellopeter complaint which i changed from complaint to a compliment ... Unfortunately since signing a new mandate with Chas Everitt on the 29th of August 2015 I have received either no or poor service. When signing another mandate with Chas Everitt so many promises was made, once again and unfortunately 5 months down the line none of these promises was fulfilled. Last I heard from my agent Delene Moodley was on the 9th of November 2015 and that by means of a whatsapp message. Also note the only offer (ridiculous offer) to say the least) was also done via whatsapp and not given to me in writing as per the Chas agreement ... Further to this since signing new mandate (5 months later) still no sign of a for sale board outside my complex ... Since signing the orignal mandate with the 1st agent who never actually did put property on the market in 2 months!! I had at most 5 (and I doubt it was even 5) prosepctive buyers come to look at the property. Yes maybe not a buyers market now but the least I would expect from Chas and his agents was to keep in contact with me. Too much to ask though as mentioned before I last heard from my agent on the 9th of November!!
