7 June 2015 I signed a mandate with Salome Croucamp from Chas Everitt to market our property. 7 August 2015 our mandate expired without our property being advertised what so ever or put on the market ... After mandate expired contact was made with me as I contacted Roodepoort Branch and another agent did make contact with me. I was willing to give Chas mandate again but negotiated better commission structure. Delene the new agent confirmed now in writing it's not beneficial to her if commission reduced as per my request), which i can completely understand and respect (thanks for coming back to me Delene) <br> My main condern is the following. For 2 months Chas (Salome Croucamp) had a mandate with us to market our property. Nothing was done what so ever. Now after the mandate expired our property is being advertised under her name on the Chas Website? You dont have my mandate Chas, you had a mandate for 2 months and could not even put the property on the market, why are you advertising my property now after mandate expired on your and how many other websites? Please explain this to me as this is ********* and I will have to take further action if need be.
