No mention of Tenant in OTP
An OTP was sent to me on Oct 9. OTP was signed and returned.No mention of tenant on visiting the property- the owners cousin - i have proof of this on my phone. An addition to the OTP was made and sent to the lawyers without my approval or knowledge. The lawyers then call to say that the \tenant"will not move out until march and will not pay rent. Bad service and rudeness will be addressed separately."""
