No communication

I have purchased a new development in Ruimsig off a plan early 2014. Initial date of occupancy was for Feb 2015. On the 13 Feb 2015 communication was sent out stating that the phase I purchased in will only be available in April 2015. I have followed up on numerous occasions via email with no response other than communication will be sent out shortly. <br> First email - 22 Apr 2015 - no response. <br> Second email - 5 May 2015 - no response. <br> Third email - 17 June 2015 - feedback was communication to be sent out this week. Received nothing. <br> Fourth email - 25 June 2015 - no response. <br> Fifth email - 1 July 2015 - no response. <br> <br> I understand that delays are inevitable all I am asking is to be kept in the loop regarding the on-goings. I do not understand why I should be requesting updates and just been blatantly ignored. <br> <br> Chas I really hope this is not common practice as I was considering using Chas as a leasing agent for this property. After this experience of unprofessionalism I have certainly reconsidered. <br> <br> Please can someone revert. <br>
