Keith Smith is the worst real estate agent- avoid at all costs (do not use Chas Everitt)
Keith Smith is the worst realtor... avoid using him at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Knowing I was a first time buyer, he mislead me and failed to inform me of an issue with the adjacent property. I have since heard other complaints about his ********* tactics (he pretends to be concerned about you and will tell you how he was *****ed out of money before with a bad realtor (and how he wants the best for both seller and buyer). As soon as the sale is done he stops replying to your emails or taking your calls. I will NEVER deal with Chas Everitt again! They do not do business in a professional manner.
