Katherine Claasen the devil

We deal with the agent katherine Claasen since March 2020, booking a place we have never seen we paid for our deposit and then covid 19 hit, just know we wanted another property that was less costly and more wheelchair friendly, my husband was just diagnosed with Mnd and do we had to stay in western cape until we could get a a permit to move, the complex eland estate , no 6 security and pet friendly, on arrival in june 26 my husband refused no 6 and settled for number 2 as it was lower all build on a huge hill, I have WhatsApp communication where she claimed that it's ok to come through and the owner won't mind a view days earlier, when we got to the house she came to give the keys and left, then half an hour later she called me and screamed at me for not yet paying the rent, but it was agreed the 1st of July on WhatsApp, the property did not have curtain rails, they came to put some in 8 weeks later and they are all falling out as the cement is bad quality, the plumbing is faulty leaks everywhere, they send a plumber for the basin a washing machine connection and it's still leaking, they argue when you request any help, they owner tell the gardener to put up a doggy wooden door, but the fence is not safe as the dog can get through then he says to put netting around again it's not safe, so then the people complain about my miniature schnauzer and the gardener are told to tell me they want to ***** my dog, so I sell my only child and companion because it's not safe, just to find out the owner does not want dogs here and he made the story up, then if my husband whom is very I'll send them a WhatsApp to report a leak that is leaking si bad the whole kitchen was under water then they want more pictures and more, but this was already reported, then its emotional bullying and all sorts of excuses, then we received a lawyers letter that we are clearly not happy and should leave, but dont you get it my husband is I'll he has motor neuron deasease and not so easy to just leave, when we got here he was still walking he is now bed ridden,i am so suck of them and this owner, would someone out there please com and inspect, she never inspected and we dont have a contract any more, and good Lord you must see the contract, it is nothing but shameful
