Marcus swanepoel of chas Everit ha be my agen for the past four yas. Every unit I live in my snag lists have never ben seen to. When I leave im told I owe thousands of rands. The last place I lived at started off

with 6k rent a ear later 8k whih forced me to move to a cheaper unit. Now ive been threatened, insulted and never assisted with any concerns regarding the complex and the body corporate matter as per my review on Astrodon. Ive never received statemets or legitimate bills when I ask I am accosted and threatened or accused of outrageous things just to force me out of the complex. My electricty of R1200 to R1800 for a one bed Unit has been ignored and my electricity has been elegally cut off. When I liaise with the agent im told the body corporate ignores him and once I move then only will the meter be checked. The ombudsman got involved and they instructed Astrodon and Chas Everit to rconect my electricty wih restiction which tey did for two days ad cut it again. My roceries of over R1700 was ruined and I had to send my child away to not endur the harasment and ************ by Chas Everi ad Astrodon. What does a petsom do in a situatio like this. Other owers and tenants experience the same as wha I am anae to scared to come forward as this is normal behavior by both Astrodon and Chas Everit
