IGNORING PRIVATE PROPERTY SIGN

At approximately 2.00 on Monday 25 May 2015, we were alerted by on of our Ridgeback dogs barking repeatedly at the entrance to our property. My Fiance saw a white male walking up the driveway towards our house.<br> This male was not, at that stage known to us, nor had we invited him onto our property. <br> At the entrance of our property, there is a sign in BIG red letters that states: PRIVATE PROPERTY TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED. <br> My fiance immediately made his way out of our front door and down the driveway, asking the man what he was doing on our property. He repeated the question again asking what he was doing on our property while walking down the driveway. In a very loud voice he then asked \FOR THE 3rd TIME WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON MY PROPERTY?"<br> The man refused to answer him and continued to walk up our driveway and stopped within less than a meter of my fiance.<br> His reply was \""What is your problem?\"" He did not identify himself"
