If you have to come and do life over, will you take from the poor/ elderly?

Martin Strauss (Chas Everitt), I went on my knees this morning ****erally) in front of my 4 dogs and explained to them, why, for two days, their self-feeder has no food in it. I told them that it is my fault because I took money (R2500), which should have gone for dog food (etc) and invested it in a scheme (World Ventures) which you introduced me to.

The dogs looked at me like they were saying that I must talk to you and tell you what is going on as well as how I feel. So I told the dogs that I already had that chat and that you said I shouldn't play emotional games because it won't work.

You know what? Some of them barked at me as I walked away. As the feeling of helplessness came knocking, that is when I decided that I either have to IMMEDIATELY give the dogs away or turn to Hello Peter!

It is one thing to take from the rich BUT it is another thing to take from the poor AND even worse is to take from the poor while knowing they are poor AND even way worse, doing it while saying that you want to help.

Maybe you are 50% right (or even 100%) that 'Chas Everitt International' should not be mentioned in this regard or instance. We are talking here about R2500 which I was ****med out of. What about deals involving more like 2,5mill etc. Do you want to know something? He wants to give the money back but he knows that if he 'refunds' me then, I know, there will be 50 more people standing in that same queue for their money back and that is something he doesn't want. Go flock together!

Your behavior is typical to what I have seen before (turning the blind eye). People watching other people get ****** in the street but they don't come running to help the innocent but instead just keep on walking. Even the Police don't want to get involved with some cases because they fear for their lives and the lives of their families.

So you think it is best for you (Chas Everitt) to just walk away and play the card that Chas Everitt has nothing to do with this whole thing... well it is not completely true because your 'for sale' sign was hanging on our gates when he contacted me regarding this whole instance (and I told him to come and remove it after this instance as well as removing from the internet.)

So yes, I/we (me and my parents) was/were a client at the stage he contacted me regarding his sideline scheme.

(Property was/is up for seven million.) Tell me, when an agent takes down an ad from your site (or all the sites), do they have to give a reason why the ad is taken down (maybe they should) because then you would have seen that a relationship turned sour and yet the property remained for sale somewhere else.

Yes, this is money lost for Chas Everitt International due to personal disputes between the agent and the client.
