Horrible service

I have been dealing with Joel Marc Kleinifelt for a very long time now. As it happened he had sold property of mine, However we had come to an arrangement on the agreed upon commission. I had not receive a copy of this agreed upon amount, which i should have but did not. <br> <br> Once the sale had gone through the amount deducted was a lot more, and the lawyers had contacted me stating I should return more money as this belongs to Chas Everitt for there commission. <br> <br> To begin with i did not receive a copy of the agreed upon amount, then the amount was changed somehow with different documentation that I did not agree to, also to make matters even worse I have tried reaching out to Joel principals and left a message with the receptionist and she assured me that she will have him contact me back, which also did not happen no one has contacted me to help me resolve this.<br> <br> Disgusting service truly horrible. What kind of management do they run over there? was the message even conveyed to the principal? Why was the agreed upon amount not held up from the sales agent?. I have no word to express my experience with this service.
