GROSS NON-DISCLOSURE

Please be aware of this company. I have had first hand experience with them. This company hides behind their attorneys, which are a bunch of bullies - of which I was exposed to first hand, when I called a meeting.<br> <br> The agent concerned neglected to tell me that the complex that I bought into has major structural damages to most of the houses. Had this information been disclosed to me upfront I would never in a million years bought into this complex. I now sit with a house that I can never sell, due to all the problems.<br> <br> Please be warned, do not buy or sell a house through Graeme Reid, Chas Everitt, Randpark Ridge. Spare yourself the aggravation. <br> <br>
