<p>II heard from a friend that Cheryl van Deventer was a good broker after my bad experience with Realnet.</p> <p>We had spoken to her in October and she promised me to call if she had something available suiting my needs.</p> <p>As I am living 10 hours flight from Capetown I had to be sure and asked many photos. Cheryl obliged and told me that the house was fit for me and the price reasonable. I trusted Cheryl and came within a few days after her promise she would keep the house till I arrived.</p> <p>All was arranged in a few days and Cheryl was arranging the gardener etc for me and even advancing some money sothat all will go smoothly.
