Failure to uphold OTP contract

I have recently purchased my first property and upon submitting the Offer To Purchase (OTP) it was agreed upon that certain items of the house would be repaired prior to taking residence of the property - It has now been months since the OTP was submitted and some of the items are still outstanding even though the property has been successfully transferred. Furthermore the Electrical Compliance Certificate has not been completed and the \electrician"nominated by the agency is unprofessional"
