When we decided to sell our property a friend recommended Chas Everitt. because we had a bad experience the first time buying.We hoped to get agent's that would keep us informed Rolene Muller , Astrid Dawson Chas Everitt (kuilseiver branch)and Jenny Dean from better bond did just that this ladies where absolutely amazing.we had another not so great experience where agents **** to us and clearly where just in it to get a sale and really couldn't care less about the peoples dreams they shattered along the way.we found our dream home and lost it and all that agent told us was oh sorry I normally do tell my clients conviently just forgot to inform us that there was a second offer.another agent then played us as fools practically saying the house is ours no other offers even said we must bring our contractor for a walk through and we did then he goes quite we follow up after 2 days he then call to say the house is sold cash buyer.We went to so many home's and I must say agents are ruthless it's all about the sale so if you ever in a situation where you want to buy or sell don't trust the experts rather educate yourself and if you need expert advice Rolene,Astrid and Jenny comes highly recommended if it was not for them we would never have made it though this journey they really do care about the people and giving their clients the best possible options.if ever you need a bond originator Jenny goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best bond .
