Estate Agent Calling is Harrasment!

<p>I am called almost on a weekly, sometimes on a daily basis by Estate Agents. There is one Agent who is now boarder line harassing me. I have requested each and everytime for him to delete my details and yet he continues to phone me. Today as of the 6/7/2016, I asked for his Name and Surname and his contact information.</p> <p> </p> <p>He refused to give me his surname and eventually put the phone down on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called back immediatley to try speak to the MD/Office Manager there who twice was not available. I have the details of this agent and will now be going to the National Consumer Commission with this.</p> <p>We as consumers have the right to OPT OUT of cold calling and when we aske for out data to be removed and for them to never call back, then this is a formal OPT OUT.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER buy or sell via a Chas Everitt agent, based on my experience. I have 3 properties and based on this obvious quest to ignore ourrequest just to keep 'selling' is not only damaging their brand, but has wasted time.</p>
