EASTPOINT APARTMENT NO 13 Self catering *****ers.

Was booked in for easter weekend from 2 April till 5th April on arrival bedding was short so requested some more linen.30 min after checking in we left for the beach.when I got back to the apartment 3 hours later the new linen was placed on the bed with one pillow.this is when we noticed one if our handbags was missing the handbag consisted of headphones, cellphone chargers,powerbanks and cash for about R1500.i called the host immediately and let her know on which she insisted was impossible.im still waiting for feedback till now.very very bad service.
