Don't use Chas Everrit

Hi Guys

Don't even know where to start. From useless agents to lying about stuff not fixed, to fighting with the agency principal - she was more focused on her people than customer service and trying to keep us happy. Basic stuff like oven and toilet didn't even work correctly. Had to fight with them every step of the way. We gave them a list of stuff to fix and the agent said all fixed when i asked. Nope, wishful thinking. They were very friendly in the beginning, but as soon as they got their money it was over.

They just help me understand that you can't trust anyone and even if you work through an agency, you have to check everything like buying a 2nd hand car in a parking lot.

Please people, don't use chas everitt.
